Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Work with Head of Marketing to define marketing strategies for the Financial Services sectors, aligned to growth priorities and sector targets
- Work with Head of Marketing to define positioning, cohesive capability statements and market targets and messaging for each sector within FS
- Commission, interpret and advocate use of research and industry insight to inform ongoing strategy and positioning
- Define and own the marketing plans to answer to key industry objectives and targets and work with business to ensure activation and lead hands offs are aligned and agreed with key stakeholders and business development teams – driving funnel volume and velocity
- Brief and liaise with central shared services members and agency resources to ensure activation and ongoing monitoring and refinement of activities to meet agreed objectives
- Create and commission innovative and multi-channelled marketing initiatives, that support new lead generation, demand generation and cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure that campaigns teams share & build knowledge, continually learn from executed campaigns and that all future campaigns are fully optimised
- Commission creative content and industry based campaign materials as relevant to key target audiences and develop key influencer and comms programmes to support sector eminence
- Work with GTM team to leverage promotion of CVP solutions within campaigns as appropriate
- Liaise with key industry stakeholders to support implementation of sector ABM and sector-specific campaigns to ensure engagement in order to execute requirements
What we're looking for:
- Solid understanding of a multitude of marketing principles, methodology and metrics
- Understanding of the sales and marketing funnels and lead processing triggers
- Excellent project management skills and an ability to juggle priorities and tasks whilst maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Strong verbal and written communicator and collaborator with excellent matrix working skills
- Excellent marketing content creation skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic and curious
