The LEGO Group is looking for passionate marketing interns with a creative problem-solving mindset and can-do attitude to come and join our Marketing team for 12 months.
• Support the marketing team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that will strengthen our brand and drive sales, ensuring effective and efficient executions
• Help activate impactful marketing campaigns from conception through to execution and evaluation. Responsibilities could include objective setting, consumer communications planning and post campaign analysis
• Support the broader marketing team to help enable the day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth delivery of executions across the full Marketing mix
• Work in close partnership with key local, Western Europe and Global teams across the business, as well as external agencies, to support campaign delivery
• Work with trade marketing to utilise and adapt point of sale materials, briefing and developing bespoke materials when necessary with relevant agencies
• Support senior marketing managers in managing communications, post-campaign reviews, consolidating and developing holistic learning for future campaigns and stakeholder expectations
• Work with wider marketing teams to collate & track key data. Interpret and share this analysis with global, regional and local stakeholders
• Support the marketing team to showcase key activities across the business.
Your role will be supporting the LEGO Marketing team in crafting and delivering compelling, creative and innovative media and retail campaigns, underpinned by a strong commercial understanding and focus to reach our goals. The team covers functional areas including digital marketing, trade marketing, media management, marketing planning, PR, marketing performance and brand management.

Working towards a Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification
• Proven interest in marketing, media principles and marketing/retail trends.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and distill insights.
• Proven ability to prioritise experiences and commitments.
• Ability to collaborate and work within a team
• Can do attitude and ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• Proactivity and confidence to make decisions, manage expectations and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
Advanced/fluency in English
