Use your marketing superpowers to help more kids around the world learn through play; push LEGO to brand, market and position our new play experiences in a totally different way.Our fantastic Marketing Innovation team is looking for its newest member who will guide the team and coach the wider marketing organisation on how best to connect to today’s kids, shoppers and retailers. Core Responsibilities

• Strategic marketing: leading the development of the end-to-end marketing strategy for new innovations, through test to launch

• Trade marketing: deep understanding of the global retail and ecommerce landscape, benchmarking our launches against best in class

• Innovation/product launch: comfort in ambiguity, test & learn and iterative approaches to taking new products/platforms/services to market

• Prioritization: comfortable taking ownership for tough decisions with the evidence to hand, making key tradeoffs and learning from the process

• Business relationship management: balancing the management of internal and external partners with consumer needs and market opportunity

• Leadership: managing, coaching and guiding strategic marketers for capability and personal development (2 direct reports and indirect marketing mentoring across the rest of the Play Propositions marketing team)

Our strategic marketers are core to shaping all new innovations from seed to scale, within the Play Propositions team.

• Experience leading and coaching a marketing team

• Previous budget responsibility
