• Strategic marketing: leading the development of the end-to-end marketing strategy for new innovations, through test to launch
• Trade marketing: deep understanding of the global retail and ecommerce landscape, benchmarking our launches against best in class
• Innovation/product launch: comfort in ambiguity, test & learn and iterative approaches to taking new products/platforms/services to market
• Prioritization: comfortable taking ownership for tough decisions with the evidence to hand, making key tradeoffs and learning from the process
• Business relationship management: balancing the management of internal and external partners with consumer needs and market opportunity
• Leadership: managing, coaching and guiding strategic marketers for capability and personal development (2 direct reports and indirect marketing mentoring across the rest of the Play Propositions marketing team)

• Experience leading and coaching a marketing team
• Previous budget responsibility
