What you will do:

• Develop marketing campaigns that are based on clear customer journeys that build brand and product awareness and result in credible/actionable lead generation.
• Work closely with the central client experience team and agencies to deliver selected campaigns and content.
• Create, edit and schedule social campaigns both organic and paid.
• PPC - assist with the creation of paid acquisition, brand awareness, and remarketing campaigns, supporting our Business Development team.
• Support our content creation efforts spanning thought leadership, ad copy, landing pages, marketing collateral, blog content, with the goal of engaging our audience, and generating MQLs.
• Email marketing - creation of first-class content to support segmented Pardot workflows, engaging customers and leads at different life cycles.
• Report on marketing delivery and campaign ROI.

Who we're looking for:

• Relevant digital marketing experience and relevant qualification.
• A good basic understanding of SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, PR, and Event management.
• Experienced at Paid/Organic Social programmes and social management platforms.
• Experience of using marketing automation tools.
• Excel in writing compelling content for email / social and web channels.
• Practical experience of implementing multi-channel campaigns.
• Excellent communication and team working skills.
• Resilience with an appetite for learning.
• The ability to work well with stakeholders at all levels.
• The ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks/projects at one time.
• Previous experience of Pardot is desirable but not essential.
