At the forefront of that effort, in Europe, sits our WFS (Workforce Staffing) Marketing team – a collective of talented individuals managing the media & marketing strategy, reporting, modelling & analytics, tools & systems. Our goal is attracting hundreds of thousands of associates yearly for various operational business lines (fulfilment centres, transportation, and logistics).
We are looking for an innovative Marketing Data Analyst to support delivery of our expanding data requirements within WFS Marketing.
They will help balance the structured and unstructured data, with a keen eye for ironing out data imperfections and a passion for storytelling, effectively communicating the meaning behind the data.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop marketing performance & spend dashboards with key metrics for review with senior leadership and business teams; synthesizing large quantities of data to help create new, step-change initiatives for the organization.
· Use statistical techniques and tools for strategic deep dives, generating actionable insights.
· Centralise marketing measurement reporting and synthesise insights to deliver campaign-level performance insights and recommendations for optimisation.
· Deliver action-oriented insights to further optimise the marketing strategy, through the development of Multi-Channel Attribution methodologies and Media Mix Modelling.
· Establish strong working partnerships with team members from Marketing, Finance, Data Science, Engineering and other stakeholders.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
· Proven professional experience in a marketing analytics or statistical analyst role
· Direct experience with one or more major BI & data visualization tools including: QuickSight, Power BI, Redshift, Athena, Tableau, S3, EC2 etc.
· Experience utilising marketing measurement methods, including A/B testing, multi-touch attribution, and media mix modelling.
· Ability to utilise data and insight to “story-tell†in a compelling manner to drive strategy
· Fluent English
· Proven experience in marketing operations, ad tech, media planning, and media performance metrics
· Ability to effectively communicate with both business, marketing and technical teams. Ability to work collaboratively with non-technical customers and team members and translate business questions into analytical requirements with ease.
· Proven experience with digital analytics tools like GA360 or Adobe Analytics
· Proven experience in data warehousing and data modelling via utilising one or more programming languages: Python, SQL, R, etc.
