At the forefront of that effort, in Europe, sits our WFS (Workforce Staffing) Marketing team – a collective of talented individuals managing the media & marketing strategy, reporting, modelling & analytics, tools & systems. Our goal is attracting hundreds of thousands of associates yearly for various operational business lines (fulfilment centres, transportation, and logistics).

We are looking for an innovative Marketing Data Analyst to support the delivery of our expanding data requirements within WFS Marketing.

As a marketing analyst, you will focus on optimizing existing analytical solutions as well as creating new models and reports to enable our marketers to take data-driven decisions about budgets, campaigns and channels.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop marketing performance & spend dashboards with key metrics for review with senior leadership and business teams.
· Convert data into insights including implications and recommendations that are specific and actionable for the Marketing team and across the business.
· Centralise marketing measurement reporting and synthesise insights to deliver campaign-level performance insights and recommendations for optimisation.
· Deliver action-oriented insights to further optimise the marketing strategy, through the development of Multi-Channel Attribution methodologies and Media Mix Modelling.
· Establish strong working partnerships with team members from Marketing, Finance, Data Science, Engineering and other stakeholders.
· Lead team meetings to discuss performance trends and insights with key stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
· Fluent English
· Comfortable building reports and dashboards in Excel, Quicksight or other data visualisation tools
· Experience in SQL as well as basic Python are essential as the role requires structuring and managing large datasets
· Experience working with Alteryx or a similar data transformation tool is desirable but not a must

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven experience in marketing operations, ad tech, media planning, and media performance metrics
· Ability to effectively communicate with both business, marketing and technical teams. Ability to work collaboratively with non-technical customers and team members and translate business questions into analytical requirements with ease.
· Proven experience with digital analytics tools like GA360 or Adobe Analytics
· Proven experience in data warehousing and data modelling via utilising one or more programming languages: Python, SQL, R, etc.
