An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior marketing professional to join our Capita Experience marketing team. You will be working with key stakeholders to develop compelling new logo acquisition strategies and delivering the go to market plans for our Customer Experience (CX) Customer Value Propositions (CVP’s) and microservices. Working with divisional Product and Sales to create go to market plans that promote core CVP capabilities into our client and prospect base through persona and audience based targeting and campaign activation. This role will cover creation of completely new marketing plans (for new industry sectors) as well as the continuous development and refresh of plans to support ongoing demand generation (working with marketing colleagues dedicated to some of our core industry target sectors). High level of collaboration, working with business stakeholders and industry marketing colleagues to ensure each solution has the appropriate assets and campaign content to promote optimum exposure, capturing and nurturing our target audiences through the sales funnel from demand generation and awareness through to ensuring the appropriate materials to support sales conversations and “purchase†phases of the sales cycle.
