An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior marketing professional to join our Capita Experience marketing team. You will be responsible for developing highly effective one-to-one and one-to-few ABM marketing programs that are hyper-personalised and drive an unrivalled bespoke customer engagement experience at the highest level. The successful candidate will drive ABM marketing programs strategically and take a hands-on approach in delivering significant value within a hyper-growth, fast paced environment.

You will be at the forefront of marketing strategy, designing programmes and initiatives that will resonate with our customers and the customers they serve and helping to improve customer experiences across a number of key industries.

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Establish key strategic cross functional relationships across the business to support ABM and account growth.
  • An ability to understand and interpret industry research, competitive intelligence, customer data and market insights in order to inform compelling and differentiated ABM programmes.
  • Maintaining a consistent alignment to customer centric marketing using persona development, customer journey mapping on continuous feedback approaches to hone and refine positioning
  • Innovative and creative multichannel campaign planning and an understanding of sales enablement for the purposes of commissioning suitable assets and campaign elements to support key industry accounts.
  • Establish new strategies for implementing ABM lite programmes across multi-industry that enable ABM principles to be delivered at scale beyond Capita’s key accounts
  • Work with other Industry leads to ensure industry value is derived from campaign activation through the planning and campaign implementation process and successes.
  • Monitor, report on and optimise campaign measurement and metrics to ensuring ROI is measured across all campaigns.

What we’re looking for:

  • Understanding of the sales funnel and target strategies to build networks,  acquire and upsell customers
  • Solid B2B experience ideally across a number of industries.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and their application in the customer journey and lifecycle
  • Excellent multi-channel marketing and content creation skills
  • Solid understanding of all aspects of marketing, personas, behaviours and proven strategies that get to and positively influence decision makers.
  • Strong organisational, project management and planning skills, strong people, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • A curious and analytical mindset with a drive to constantly and proactively improve marketing contribution
  • High energy and ability to drive improvement in a growth focused business
  • Strong copywriting, proofreading, written and personal communications skills
  • Growth mindset and invests time in personal and professional development
  • Proficient user of CRM and marketing automation platforms and an understanding of buying center and demand mapping for marketing purposes
  • A wide ranging marketing role where the holder is both a thinker and a doer
