The Role:
This role will report to the Head of Performance Marketing and will play an instrumental role in building the foundations of measuring and understanding the impact of our media spend and marketing campaigns.You will join a team that is both rigorous and experimental, focused on data-driven marketing, and excited by team members who can deliver in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time hire.
Your Responsibilities:
• You will help CU boost customer acquisition rates, build a stronger and more profitable customer base, and generate higher returns on marketing investment.• Provide decision support and data analysis through design, data collection summarization, presentation, and auditing.• Using data to create and review marketing reports, assist with forecasting, and provide informational marketing analytics to improve marketing optimization through all channels.• Perform regular analysis of revenue trends and KPIs to optimize performance across our existing ads channels• Distill key insights from A/B tests that will inform demand strategy and recommendations for our stakeholders• Transform data into insights and recommendations for yield optimizations across ad networks• Serve as an expert for ads performance and conduct deep- dives to thoroughly understand and explain the performance of ongoing experimentation• Partner with data and product teams to identify areas of improvement in data- handling and reporting, to support effective insight generation• Accountable for the performance of revenue growth as well as CAC performance
Your Experience
• You have 2+ years experience working in an analytical role within advertising, tech, or management consulting• Strong quantitative and analytical skills• Demonstrated business judgment in generating insights and actionable next steps from complex data• Experience with Tableau or similar BI analytics platforms and collaborating with data / product teams to provide feedback on tools and highlight areas for improvement• BS or MS in Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Math, Statistics or similar.
