What you’ll achieve
As the Marketing Analytics/Data Science, Product Manager Lead you will contribute to deliver a world class Growth Marketing Engine that will enable our Sales and Marketing teams to work at full velocity to meet our customers’ needs. You will drive innovation in the way we deliver advanced AI/ML that can help us optimize our marketing touchpoints for a better customer experience as well as business outcomes. This position will merge product management, business analytics and data science to drive continuous improvement of the org’s overall analytical capabilities and ability to generate actionable insights at scale.
You will:
Interact with business stakeholders to understand business goals and needs, translating them into user-centric product roadmaps
Partner with data engineers and data scientists in the development of new analytical models and tools that will be used to diagnose and course-correct business performance
Increase efficiency, agility and scalability of internal analytical tools and reporting

Essential Requirements
Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
8 to 10 years of related experience in a professional role
Self-directed and with the ability to build products that drive tangible user outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Experience as product manager embedded with software engineering teams operating in Agile methodologies such as Lean Software Development, Extreme Programming or equivalent
Strong communication and escalation management skills, with demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional decision making for technical solutions
Understanding of basic AI/ ML & Data Science concepts
