Role purpose:

FOMA is a mature vertical organisation across all Vodafone’s markets with a hub & spoke model and Global Process Ownership along with Communities of Practice.
Margin assurance is part of finance operations.
As a IOT Margin Assurance Manager, you are accountable for
- Implement robust controls across IOT LOB.
- Drive standardisation across the Vodafone markets.
- Manage for SSO setup.
- Drive Major projects.
- Define/ Build/ Evolve MA processes to support value generation for business.
Furthermore, you are leading the continuous improvement of our Controls framework across all markets and the shared service centre. This includes focusing on tool capabilities & innovations, supplier management, SSC second line support and maintaining the community of practice.
By acting as a thought-leader for the data-reasoning process across the Margin Assurance vertical, you stay up-to-date on latest technologies and methodologies. You are influencing and driving change by being a vital role model within the global community of practice and cross-functional departments.
With us you will:
- Leading the design and development of the global end-to-end Reconciliation process for Margin Assurance.
- Developing and reviewing Controls around the same
- Understanding and track the Cost & recharge structure for SSO teams. This also includes covering the end-to-end process and develop KPIs to measure success of decision-making. In addition identify & implement cost effective ways to implement various controls across the business process to grow margins in business.
- Leading the capability of the Wedo or similar software including supplier management, SSC second line support and community of practice. Managing global initiatives or PoCs, as part of the E2E framework, for e.g. NGBI and machine learning. Running projects to gain further external data sources
You will have:
- 6+ years in telecommunication, previous roles in a global environment.
- Experience/understanding of IOT
- Analytical Experience & Analytical Reasoning.
- Understanding of Margin Assurance approaches and processes.
- Experience with digitisation projects.
- Experience in driving projects
