We are recruiting on behalf of a largemanufacturing companybased in the Medway Towns for a Team Leader to supervisea team of productionoperatives.

Themain duties of the role will be to provide aneffective and efficient productionsupport for site operations. This includesthe organisation of the operativesday-to-day duties, helping to deliverconsistently first class products toagreed quality standards.

Thisis very much a 'hands on' role and does involve somemanual handling so thesuccessful candidate will be required to be physicallyfit, with an excellentrecord for Health and Safety. You will have a strong SHEawareness along withstrong communication and leadership of manufacturing teams.

Previousexperience with machine operation\batchproduction is an advantage.

Hoursof work are rotating shifts, a week of days Mondayto Friday 6.00am to 6.00pm,or nights Monday to Friday 6.00pm - 6.00am,overtime is paid paid at an enhancedrate.
