 To perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the Blend Plant production schedules. Develops an operational year plan for own manufacturing activities of the team. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.

 As a Production Supervision Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and managing front-line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations
• Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures
• Handling standardized manufacturing processes (specifically but not limited to Production Planning). Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning
• Responsible for meeting expectations on monthly production
• Oversee and managed work schedule for the team
• Maintain equipment at the facility

 To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with 4 years’ experience in Manufacturing)
• Have oral and written communication skills
• Have good SAP and Excel skills
• Have interpersonal and leadership skills
• Have the ability to work independently
• Have strong problem solving skills
