 Baker Hughes Bently Nevada offers a plant-wide, holistic suite of machine condition monitoring. We also provide protection hardware, software and services that help achieve the highest level of asset reliability possible. Our team takes ownership in managing the manufacturing division.

Partner with the best
 As a Manufacturing Specialist, you'll work with industrial technology products in the Minden Cabinet Shop. You'll assemble custom fully wired-out electronic enclosures with Bently Nevada products installed inside.

 As a Manufacturing Specialist - Cabinet Shop, you will be responsible for: 

• Reading, interpreting, and working from engineering drawings, sketches, data sheets, specifications, and work instructions

• Performing all tasks, sequences, and procedures necessary for work completion accurately and in a timely manner

• Operating a variety of machines and hand tools

• Maintaining excellent quality

• Following all safety procedures

 To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a high school diploma or technical training in electrical/mechanical capacity

• Have ability to work independently at times to achieve goals and within a team environment to deliver on customer commitments

• Have ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, sketches, data sheets

• Have ability to operate hand tools, ability to stand or sit for long periods and ability to manage up to 50lbs

• Have ability to demonstrated oral presentation and written communication skills. Have ability to use Microsoft Office full suite software

• Have demonstrate effective problem identification & solution skills and have the ability to drive results and ensure deliverables are met

• Have ability to work with others to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and availability to work overtime and weekends

• Have ability to willingly work on swing shift schedule - Monday - Friday - 2.00 PM - 10:30 PM
