Job Description

The Site Cyber Security Leader will be accountable for the technical expertise and implementation of security capabilities, partnering with manufacturing and the Grooming Information Security Team to deliver and execute the site cyber security master plan. To successfully accomplish this, the Site Cyber Security leader needs to develop deep business and technical expertise to identify and reduce risk by ensuring the appropriate protection of company assets needed to conduct our business.

The Site Cyber Security Leader will champion Information Security using corporate security capabilities, innovation, solutions, and interventions to demonstrate and adopt them to protect their business enterprise scale. Managing high level site cyber and information security in order to enable to the manufacturing site to produce at its fullest potential and influence future site hardware, software and networking directly. This role will be focused on the Global Grooming organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist IT/OT Leader on updates to  Application Management Framework SOP.
  • Assist IT/OT Leader in Identification of OT Applications and Technical Infrastructure Diagrams.
  • Manage and maintain server access and ownership across multiple manufacturing data base servers
  • Report and manage monthly and quarterly digital compliance toolkits
  • Directly manage, coach and mentor other cyber security sub resources throughout the plant
  • Directly manage and contribute to projects throughout the plant that interface and communicated above and below the plant firewall
  • Remediate, plan and execute Windows Obsolescence programs across all site based manufacturing PCs
  • Impact and influence hardware and software decisions through out the plant in order to set the site cyber security master plan for years to come
  • Manage and process site cyber security change management requests

Qualifications

  • Computer background, education or experience required; Network and cyber security background preferred 
  • Experience in manufacturing preferred
  • Understands and develops network system topology application and implementation
  • Has a well developed comprehension of VM systems and applications
  • Understands and can implement forward thinking cyber security practices and security patching compliance
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and cross functionally problem solve
  • Massachusetts electrical journeyman license preferred but not required
