Partner with the best

As a Manufacturing Production Planner, you will manage the master production schedule and drive schedule execution to the shop floor. You\'ll leverage analytics and liaise with colleagues to implement process and procedural improvements. Connecting to the broader business, you\'ll ensure on-time delivery for customers by forward planning, optimizing inventory and supporting fulfilment.

As a Manufacturing Production Planner, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing the master production schedule and material requirements plan
  • Making good use of labor, machines and minimizing work-in-process inventory
  • Lead daily production activities and collaborate with cross-function teams to support on time delivery
  • Opening and closing work orders with documentation in associated systems
  • Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs
  • Optimizing inventory and process improvements
  • Identify cost-out opportunities and elevate to engineering for review/implementation
  • Provides monthly and weekly production summary and reports to plant management
  • Ensures order dates in MRP are accurately reflecting status to manufacturing commit date

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).
  • Have experience in Manufacturing Planning or Project Management or equivalent knowledge.
  • Be able demonstrate sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Ability to work independently and possess strong time management skills
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and demonstrate the ability to lead / coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and be able to influence across different teams
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment
  • Be willing to learn and follow internal Health, Safety and Environmental policies to ensure compliance
