Partner with the best
 

Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Deep understanding of concepts, approaches and methodology used. Deep expertise on the level of a technological field.
 

As a Sr Manufacturing Manager - Projects and Initiatives, you will be responsible for:
 

• Defining processes, IT tools, trainings, value stream, etc. to be used by the manufacturing community.
• Working on complex technological solutions
• Solving issues and developing new solutions require usage of methods and approaches with some precedence.
• Presenting product / program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders (EB and SEB) across Baker Hughes.
• Communicating recommendations and solutions across the organization and with cross-functional partner organizations.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Projects and Initiatives within Manufacturing.
• Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college
• Great oral and written communication skills.
