Crown Cork and Seal is seeking a Manufacturing Manager for it's Connellsville, PA  facility which is part of our Closures, Aerosol and Promotional Packaging (CAPP) Division.  This person will be responsible for the following:

- Assure all safety and environmental policies, procedures and regulations are administered via direct coordination or in conjunction with the plant EHS Administrator direction

- Assure quality process control procedures are implemented and ongoing per the Closure Business group  specific mandatory process control checks and policies.

- Responsible for line efficiency performance to meet plant committed efficiency to budget

- Responsible  for ongoing PM&R E-Maintenance and equipment checks program adherence

- Responsible for development and maintenance of all consumable materials including minimum - maximum supply programs

- Responsible for development and maintenance of all "Critical Application Components: inventory and usage programs

- Responsible for maintenance of the ongoing spoilage collection, identification and reduction program

- Schedule and implement basic skills training for all personnel

- Submit Monthly situation Report to Plant Manager

- Perform any and all other job duties as assigned by the Plant Manager

Job Requirements

Job Requirement Include:

- Bachelors Degree or Higher

- 5 + years of Management Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

- Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing  Experience
