Job Description
In general, some of the responsibilities during these projects will include:
- Coordination/oversight of all the associated vendors for manufacturing line installations and support including construction, equipment, tooling, etc. This position will take a hands-on approach to the understanding and management of the multiple vendors and suppliers associated with various projects.
- This assignment will involve various training, and hands-on interaction with the various Food Division plants in the understanding of the 2-Piece can making process, and all that goes into making a 2-Piece can. This position will interact closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Environment, Health & Safety in the plants during this training.
- You will also be introduced to all aspects of the 3-Piece can making process to understand this technology and be able to understand both similarities and differences between the 3-Piece and 2-Piece can making process.
- This position will also be shadowing other members of the NA Food Division Engineering team, and spend time in our other NA Food locations to experience and understand other projects that are taking place during 2021 and beyond.
- During this initial assignment, this position will also be paired up with mentors in the disciplines mentioned above to provide them with a well-rounded understanding as to how each of these areas support not only the individual Food plants but also the NA Food business as a whole.

Job Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Recent BS level graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or any other related engineering disciplines
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an operations or engineering role (this could include Internships or Co-op assignments)
- Must have the flexibility to relocate during the full duration of this rotational Seed Program as well as having the flexibility to relocate after coming off the program to take on any advancement opportunities when and where they become available
- Ability to occasionally work or travel on the weekends to support a particular project
- Ability to travel up to 60% to support assigned projects

- Must be punctual with attendance and assignments
- Must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams software platforms
