Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
15 years of experience in business leadership
Experience managing global teams
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in strategic thinking and creative problem solving, and interacting with executives
Knowledge of Google’s Ads products and/or service operation, and the customer context in which they operate
Ability to effectively influence, communicate, and drive change with multiple stakeholders at all levels of management
Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
Ability to attract and retain talent in the Strategy and Operations organization, cultivating a diverse pool of talent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The GCS Revenue Strategy and Operations team drives the strategy and operations for the Global GCS Revenue teams. The team leads the strategy, design, planning, and operations of programs that drive a scalable and analytical approach to generating incremental business growth. This team works in partnership with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Google Technical Services (gTech), and Engineering. With subject matter experts in delivering strategy and operational improvement, team members are strategic and analytical thinkers with a pragmatic approach to high impact delivery at scale.
In this role, you will lead the Partnerships Strategy and Operations team and be responsible for defining the vision and strategy for programs that accelerate business growth within the GCS partner ecosystem, globally. This ecosystem includes partners who drive Google’s strategic priorities. This is a strategic role that will require you to steer a transformational strategy for a fast-growing partnership team, manage complex processes, and develop solutions to complex, ambiguous and high visibility business challenges. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for a global team and will also interact with key stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional leaders as you drive alignment, strategic change management, and overall execution.

Responsibilities
Create a clear and compelling vision to transform and scale the GCS Channel Partner business and Partner Ecosystem.
Redefine the partnership segments, set up the right governance, define the right incentives, workflow, and metrics needed to support the growth objectives.
Refine our incentive construct to balance between driving profitability and growth for our business.
Influence stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Finance, gTech, and the rest of GCS to drive focus on partnership asks demonstrating scale and impact.
