Job Description
As Manager Warehouse & Stores, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
- Controlling inventory levels by ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged
- Achieving financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, initiating corrective actions
- Compiling data regarding warehousing, material handling, and supply chain by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions
- Overseeing warehouse operations by monitoring safety & security procedures and protocols
- Supervising IMS related activities of his department and Monitor the overall system being the part of IMS Implementation Team
- Ensuring maintenance of regular periodic reports and statistics for management review
- Mobilizing the logistics management for utmost efficiency
- Maintaining physical condition of warehouses by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and maintenance
- Identifying and driving resolution of work hazards, safety risks and improvement opportunities
- Striving for improvement without comprising quality
- Initiating improvement activities in Warehouses & stores at all locations
- Getting maximum output from labor by making timely decisions for execution of various jobs at different locations
- Ensuring problem solving with participation and consultation of concerning subordinates
- Ensuring safety of men and material
- Managing proper training of all employees in his area of responsibility
- Following all special instructions from the Director Operations & OHSE

Qualified candidates will have:
- Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management
- Proven experience of warehousing and stores management with recent years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Sound knowledge of SAP
