YOUR MISSION

• Supervision of Peek & Cloppenburg stores in a given region in a rhythm determined by headquarters
• Control & development of visual merchandising standards at the POS 
• Interface between head quarter and POS 
• Responsibility for the implementation at the POS (nationally) of all measures and concepts developed in the central creative department (visual merchandising) 
• Staff development and/or consulting of the visual marketing designers regarding visual merchandising implementation  
• Regular reporting to various interfaces 
• Assistance with openings, conversions, etc.
• Close cooperation with the "Expansion" area for openings & conversions

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed training as a visual marketing designer or similar qualification 
• Proven experience in the field of visual decoration & visual merchandising
• High level of communication skills, customer orientation and willingness to provide services 
• Independent, goal-oriented and structured working style 
• Conceptual thinking, strong assertiveness and process orientation
• Flexibility & mobility
