Core Responsibilities:
- Governance - Aligned with global Total Rewards guidelines and practices, lead all aspects of compensation and benefits for the EMEA region and create scalable processes and programs that support our business objectives while continuing to deliver an incredible employee experience
- Programs - As a member of the global Total Rewards team, actively participate in the design, development, and execution of a comprehensive global total rewards strategy that aligns with our culture and business strategy and allows us to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Compensation - Ensure competitive pay programs and progressive compensation infrastructure to attract, retain and motivate employees at a regional level in alignment with world-wide Total Rewards strategy and EVP practices and contribute to the preparation of the company’s annual compensation reporting. Direct the design and development of the company’s broad-based salary programs and structures as well as segmented compensations strategies based on market and business conditions.
- Benefits - Develop and continuously improve incentive plan design(s) that best fit with the organizational culture, priorities and business model and Routinely assess cost effective, competitive, benefits position relative to the market
- Benchmarks - Direct annual market surveys; oversee all activity related to published compensation surveys throughout the year and audit survey output, market trends and competitive pay positions to ensure Ingredion’s salary plans meet overall company goals and objectives
- Collaboration - Work closely with Regional HR leadership, Finance, regional business leaders, and other appropriate stakeholders on annual performance targets and funding
- Projects - Lead strategic projects including building out our global compensation strategy and framework.
- Compliance - Ensure compensation compliance activities are completed and processes and tools are effective and streamlined as well as ensure regulatory compliance such as manage all aspects of equity design and administration; ensure timely reporting, filings and all required regulatory compliance
- Recognition - Design and manage effective company recognition programs
- Equity programs - Responsible for the plan documents, plan design, implementation, administration and compliance of equity programs
- Legal - Responsible for ensuring Ingredion’s compensation and benefits plans comply with country, state and local laws and regulations.
Qualified candidates will have:
Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- 7-15 years of working knowledge of Human Resources Experiences that includes diverse global or regional compensation and benefits experience
- Must have demonstrated the ability to work effectively as a senior business partner with senior line executives and clients to successfully develop and implement plans, programs, and policies
- Proven strong foundation and knowledge of job evaluation methodologies
- Experience from working with remuneration models, incentive plan design, and equity strategy/plan design, pension, insurance and benefit plans
- German and English fluency, both written and spoken
Desirable requirements:
