On our journey to modernize our talent approach, we recently launched a new digital platform to enable Conagra employees to drive their development through learning and on the job experiences. We’re on the forefront of supporting our business and developing employees through innovative technology and we’re not done yet.   

As the Manager of Talent and Learning Technology, you establish the talent and learning technology strategy and processes, lead a team of learning technologists, and provide expertise on solutions to improve employee performance and engagement. Balancing a strategic mindset with technical expertise, you consult and engage with business leaders and HR Partners to provide creative, engaging, and measurable digital development solutions. You manage the talent and learning technology solutions from onboarding and digital adoption, through talent management, skill development, and learning in the flow of work.

You Will: 

Lead the learning and development technology team by demonstrating our Values in Action: Trust and inspire trust, play the role of teacher, coach and student, and use differences to make a difference 

Leverage your technical expertise and provide thought leadership to address complex business issues and talent gaps with strategic, innovative development solutions 

Solve for the most efficient and engaging digital solutions to support employee growth, improve performance, and increase engagement across the enterprise  

Collaborate with HR partners, business leaders, IT, and external technology providers to understand desired outcomes, triage challenges and identify continuous improvements 

Guide digital learning content development using various technologies to engage the learner and create an enhanced experience (e.g., WalkMe, etc.) 

Lead technical integrations between our LMS, LXP, HCM, and third party content providers (e.g., Degreed, LearnUpon, Workday, etc.) 

Stay current on emerging technology and digital learning trends enabling the growth and engagement of Conagra Brands employees 

You Have: 

8+ years progressive learning technology experience 

5+ years managing a team, including inspiring team members through coaching and mentoring 

Knowledge of adult learning theory and methodologies 

Hands-on experience with common content development tools, such as Articulate and Camtasia 

Experience using a variety of data sets to identify and develop solutions 

Vendor management experience
