The Manager – Sourcing Strategist leads a team of sourcers responsible for developing and implementing strategies to source and attract qualified and diverse candidates across core enterprise profiles. In addition, this leader aligns with key partners in the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with government regulations while developing best practices.  As a leader and mentor within Cox Talent Acquisition, this role is responsible for the professional development of team members and the advancement of the sourcing capability.

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert and lead day-to-day talent attraction strategies in alignment with service delivery metrics, methodologies, and processes to achieve short-term and long-term talent needs:

Lead a team of sourcers to develop and execute sourcing strategies for priority profiles across the enterprise.

Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Division Business Leaders to understand priorities and challenges to determine catered sourcing strategies to attract top talent. 

Develop and implement talent attraction programs in partnership with Marketing/Branding & Events teams, ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with overall strategic planning.

Serve as a subject matter expert providing sourcing strategy advice, consultation, and education to internal teams.

Develop and deploy a pragmatic, consistent and repeatable search methodology while leveraging innovation and creativity where called for.

Focus on team member development and the advancement of the sourcing capability.

Inform team and partners on industry and market intelligence delivering data, insights, and strategy.

Oversee e-recruitment systems and other recruitment related technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.)

Develop and employ effective communication mechanisms/routines designed to strengthen internal partnerships and maximize information exchange.

Partner with division ID&E teams, including Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to identify opportunities to support and align with enterprise-wide ID&E strategy(ies)

When needed, partner with cross-divisional Compliance teams to support Affirmative Action Plans and provide input on metrics to support talent attraction activities’ impact to AAPs.

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $96,400 – 120,500. Salary may vary outside of the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience.

Position is eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Qualifications:

Required

8+ years of professional work experience.

5+ years of experience in a recruiting position, managing a recruiting desk/supporting full-life cycle recruiting (including sourcing), required.  Previous experience supporting multiple client groups a strong plus.

Expert knowledge of sourcing trends.

Experience identifying and solving for talent demand within a functional group.

Experience managing the recruitment/sourcing of hard-to-fill, niche, and/or technical positions is a must.

Experience training or mentoring others within a Talent Acquisition team.

Successful experience developing and managing relationships with internal customer groups.

Comprehensive knowledge of government regulations preferred (FLSA, OFCCP, etc.).

Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Word).

Preferred

3+ years of experience managing a high-functioning recruiting/sourcing/pipelining team required.

BS/BA Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, marketing, or related field preferred.

PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.

Focus on diversity recruiting strategies.

Experience managing the recruitment of Technology roles including Senior and Executive level.
