Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results

• Act as the member of Technical Advisory Board to review technical design , system integration and Governance overall Cigna System Integration Solution
• In charge of Core-Insurance System impact analysis and provide the enhancement solution which fits both Functional and Non-Functional requirement
• Ensure the proposed solution are met the users’ requirements and are in line with the CIGNA International standard e.g. security compliance, software and technology compliance
• Work cross-functionally among Business and IT teams to identify system modification points as well as required technical specification for ongoing new system enhancement
• Provide the technical knowledge of Cigna’s core insurance systems to BA/Developers/Integration team or create documentation as required
• Manage the on-going system development projects by cooperating with Cigna IT development team and Vendors
• Troubleshooting and fixing on the related problem to ensure the system availability and stability is on agreed point
• Monitor the existing software to find the tuning part and provide recommendations for software continuous improvement
• Research and Initiatives new Technology/Framework or approach to archive better user experience and better software quality
• Work with IT management team to initiate , refresh Cigna roadmap and also drive the execution to archive the roadmap
• Work with Cigna Global IT along in the development process and support team as required
• Select or propose 3rd party suppliers/products for the solution which able to work with and manage customized solutions and products, including 3rd party products.
• Manage and control release management of the software
