As a Manager, you will help transform the way customers manage their data centers. You will become part of a global engineering team delivering CloudIQ, a cloud-native solution that provides proactive health, monitoring and predictive analytics.  CloudIQ is software-as-a-service application built on a modern platform with state of the art open-source technologies and a continuous delivery model. You will:

• Provide hands-on technical management with involvement in definition, design, implementation and test using a highly agile development process
• Work with product management and user experience teams to ensure requirements coverage and negotiate tradeoffs
• Develop and provide challenging yet appropriate assignments, evaluate work, communicate progress toward career development and goals
• Provide guidance to engineers doing engineering design, development and implementation work by establishing goals and evaluating performance

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience with software engineering.
• 2+ years managerial/leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams in agile software development
• Strong experience in leading and coaching/mentoring teams and people
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills, both spoken and written

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with cloud platforms or platform as a service such as Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry, Azure, AWS
• Experience in using languages like Java, with spring Framework for Java, or Python
• Experience with Web front-end development (Angular, HTML, Javascript, CSS, etc)
