What you’ll achieve
As a Software Engineer Manager, you will understand the technology environment and business functions and apply your knowledge of programming, technologies and processes to develop and maintain business applications.
You will:

• • Hire, manage and develop a diverse team in achievement of strategic and operational objectives
• • Act as a subject matter expert and advisor for specialized programs, systems and critical technologies
• • Lead and develop, support and maintain major projects and determine project approach, system scope, resource allotment and budget planning to meet complex business requirements
• • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand critical business success factors and key performance indicators
• Ownership for the overall Product development life cycle team (PO, Product Engineer, Product Scrum Master)
