The Manager, Executive Talent Acquisition is a member of the Global Talent Acquisition team, which is responsible for developing diverse sourcing strategies to identify and attract the most competitive talent both internally and externally to ensure Colgate-Palmolive’s continued success. This role will work on developing, driving, and executing the Global Talent Acquisition strategy. This role will also manage full life-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing efforts for executive positions and niche skills hiring for senior positions across Colgate. A successful candidate will also advise business leadership on Diversity Equity & Inclusion, market trends and best practices in recruiting. The Manager will help business and local Talent Acquisition Managers optimize hiring strategies, scale best practices in talent acquisition, drive process improvements and deliver on key initiatives. This role will be a driver of constant and impactful change, and be excellent at strategic thinking coupled with tactical implementation.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead recruiting for key executive roles globally including developing a dynamic sourcing approach and managing requisitions end-to end;
Build partnerships with local, regional, and global leadership to identify important talent needs and develop creative strategies to attract and assess executive talent;
Develop executive recruitment best practices;
Ability to engage and influence senior business leaders on role visioning, balanced candidate slates, and succession plans;
Responsible for managing effective partnerships and measuring success with external recruitment partners;
Recommend and execute against effective recruitment marketing and advertising to attract top talent and highlight Colgate-Palmolive as an employer of choice;
Partner with Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Chief Diversity Officer to build and execute DE&I strategy globally for Talent acquisition;
Lead initiatives around candidate assessment, screening processes, new ways of hiring, and candidate experience globally;
Foster a culture of excellence with deep recruiting subject matter expertise, strong business acumen, and a focus on innovation and scalable solutions;
Build TA team’s capability to proactively source and build diverse candidate active and passive talent pools that will fulfill our hiring demand;
Create and monitor talent acquisition performance KPIs / SLAs and adjust strategies accordingly for continuous improvement across geographies;
Build and maintain an external network of top prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management;
Integrate the use of competitive intelligence, analytics and metrics in recruiting, sourcing, marketing etc. to make data-informed decisions.
Position Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required;
8+ plus years of total experience is required;
Prior experience in recruiting talent across a range of functions is required;
Prior experience recruiting at the executive level is required;
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required;
Experience creating diverse talent pipelines is required;
Creating strategies related to Talent Acquisition like DE&I, skills based hiring, critical areas talent pipelines, attracting talent etc.;
Knowledge of recruitment regulations;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment;
Experience in engaging and managing the performance of third-party search firms;
Preferred Requirements/Qualifications:
Experience with SAP/Successfactors Applicant Tracking System (ATS), CRM preferred;
Experience in designing and leading RPO and other outsourced talent solutions;
Experience with both corporate (in-house) and third-party executive recruiting;
In-depth knowledge of the executive recruiting landscape in the consumer packaged goods industry;
Recruitment agency or international recruitment experience is an asset;
Graduate degree (MS/MA, MBA);
Concentration (major) in Industrial & Labor Relations, Human Resources, Marketing, or Communications;
Professional HR/TA Certification.
