Job Requirements

- College degree and three years of manufacturing quality experience

- Knowledgeable in ISO procedures and auditing experience a plus.

- Proficient in Microsoft applications ( Excel, Word, Access & Powerpoint)

- Excellent grasp and understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control), Six-Sigma & Lean Manufacturing, and SQF.  Understanding of HACCP & GMP's.

- Good personal interaction skills for training, coaching and leading of plant hourly and management teams in the Quality System utilized

- Must work well with others and be able to communicate in a concise and clear manner

- Must have the ability to interface with corporate quality, engineering and customers concerning quality issues and process capability.

- Strong organizational skills and disciplined in the performance of tasks and projects.

- Strong analytical skills coupled with an ability to objectively evaluate data and perform statistical analysis

- Technical writing skills to develop reports and participate in employee/team development efforts
