To accelerate and excel in our execution, we want to leverage scalable tech solutions and expand our programs globally. RBS team is seeking a Senior Leader with experience in managing and leading large-scale programs and product implementations. You will be responsible for managing the Selection Creation programs and its global expansion charter, including: (1) topline (WW metrics and financial impact) and bottom line (resource investment) planning; (2) define 3YP of pilots, feature launches, and global expansion; (3) goals definitions and execution plan to achieve; (4) Set up quality inspection mechanisms and hold the bar for timely and quality delivery; (5) Manage communications across multiple global stakeholders and senior leaders; (6) own and drive the desired business outcomes with surveys, roadshows, and workshops to measure it; (7) make trade-offs to invest vs. returns, (8) hire and develop the team and growth plans.

Key job responsibilities
• Identify business process improvement opportunities and drive the process improvements across multiple retail teams globally. Help to drive the standardization of business process across multiple product lines working closely with business, operations and technical teams.
• Identify areas of automation and write the business and functional requirements and then program manage the automation programs interacting with business, operations and technical teams.
• Define, measure and present metrics / reports to Senior Level Management.
• Effectively engage with customers to manage and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot and drive resolutions with tools team to ensure reliable and operationally effective flow of process, improve processes and increase productivity.
· Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
· 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
· 5+ years of experience in program or project management
· 5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects
· Experience in people management
• Full-time MBA, with over 10 + years of experience of which a minimum 5 + years in managing projects that require interacting with customers/stakeholders
• History of delivering results while owning complex cross-functional launches partnering with central teams
