Job Summary:

Manage human resources, employee relations and labor relations at a single plant location. Oversee several areas of human resources such as recruiting, labor relations, training, EEO/AAP, benefits, employee relations, compensation and continuous improvement. Assist top management in the planning, implementation and evaluation of talent and HR activities.

You Will:

• You will provide direction and counsel regarding human resources aspects of plant operations
• Manage employee relations through issue resolution phase
• Lead talent management, succession planning, organizational development and organizational effectiveness efforts
• You will handle all phases of the staffing process including requisition, recruitment and selection
• Lead in the development, implementation and auditing of procedures
• Analyze training needs. Lead the development and administration of training programs
• Manage regulatory compliance efforts.
• Lead culture in assessment processes and provide direction on development and implementation of action plans
• Lead year-end processes including performance management and salary planning

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree
• PHR/SHRM-CP or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with ERISA, EEOC and DOL regulations, employment sourcing, communications, human relations, and management skills
• Experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational development
• Experience managing projects
• Experience with PeopleSoft, Workday or other HRIS
• Previous management experience, for plants with direct reports
