they will evaluate and identify current and emerging skills, competencies and behaviors required to achieve organizational performance and drive results. They will design and/or support the design of processes and strategies that measure the outcomes, identify areas of improvement, and align stakeholders to achieve goals.

Core Responsibilities:

Performance Development (e.g. performance management) 

  • Oversee and implement the performance management cycle and calibration process
  • Oversee action tracking and status completion process to drive accountability 
  • Develop the communication strategy and ensuring implementation
  • Ensure the capability development of managers and employees to fully execute the process consistently and effectively
  • Measure and make recommendations to increase the effectiveness of the process and tools
  • Support performance improvement initiatives
  • Research best practices and drive to continuously improve the performance development process

Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness Programs 

  • Implement programs that support workforce skills and career development including but not limited to skills inventory development & management, career planning, skills gap analysis, and working with stakeholders to improve the employee experience
  • Establish action tracking and status completion to drive accountability on talent development plans
  • Develop and manage additional programs, resources and/or training to support mentoring, team effectiveness, career planning, manager assimilation etc.
  • Ensure successful collection of data to measure progress towards our talent goals
  • Manage external vendor relationships

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in talent management implementing performance and development programs. Project management, Change management, and Analytics
  • Demonstrates consulting agility and openness to complete ad hoc projects & task
  • Ability to build & foster relationships with business leaders
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to work across multiple levels of the enterprise
  • Knowledge of talent management, org design, workforce planning, and change management
  • Strong project management, organization, and implementation skills
  • Strong digital awareness and analytics understanding
  • Ability to adapt to emerging trends
  • Demonstrates innovative and strategic thinking
  • Able to drive toward strategic goals
  • Demonstrates visionary leadership
