Enhancing the value of strategic partnerships is one of the key initiatives to promote Cigna’s value propositions to the market, accelerate our growth and deepen our market penetration. The job incumbent is accountable for the development of the emerging partnerships landscape so as to optimize the partnership values and to create win-win opportunities for our partners and customers. He/she will be responsible to formulate the overarching partnership strategies, develop roadmap for effective implementation, cultivate and maintain relationships with a diverse range of existing and potential partners; and to collaborate with internal teams to drive successful deployments of the identified initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement the overarching partnerships strategy to promote Cigna’s value propositions to our commercial partners in line with Cigna’s business objectives and growth plan;
Develop roadmap for key strategic initiatives so as to optimize the partnership values and create opportunities and synergies for all parties;
Explore, identify and develop new partner networks and to enhance existing relationships;
Work closely with partners to develop strategic options, align priorities and review approaches; lead and manage the identified programmes to ensure effective execution;
Analyze data and emerging market insights, recommend options and proposals for our Management team to make strategic decision on partnership solutions;
Create disciplined pipeline management to ensure potential opportunities are appropriately prioritized and resourced;
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for a highly coordinated approach in the execution of strategic priorities;
Support to develop annual budget for partnership initiatives and activities, review progress and monitor its effectiveness to enhance the partnership value;
Lead ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time and ensure the project deliverables match with the business requirements.
Job Requirements:
Degree Holder, preferably in Marketing or Business related subjects;
Minimum of 6 years of working experience in business development, partnership development, strategic sales and marketing;
Strong ability to create a vision and provide the required leadership for the development of new and unique partnership programs that will successfully grow;
Strong business and financial acumen with ability to link partnership strategy and results directly to overall business strategy and company financial goals;
Demonstration of growth mindset to embrace challenges;
Excellent command in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint;
Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
