Job Description

We seek an experienced merchandiser who’s collaborative and passionate about driving business and sales through creativity to join our International team.

We seek people who:

  • Assures the end-to-end (sell-in to partners, sell-out to consumers) management of all aspects of assigned brands and regions including but not limited to following partners: distributors, sales agents, and direct retail accounts
  • Establish strong partnerships with the international leadership team to build tools and execute a strongly-brand-directed operating model
  • Achieves sales goals and gross margin targets by accounts in all categories
  • Works closely with brand’s Global Merchandising on region-specific assortment planning, price architecture, promotion, inventory, receipt flow for each account
  • Partners with each account manager & partner to create marketing and brand building plans and calendars including specific spend by vehicle, activities, required collateral
  • Plans market meetings – creating line sheets and other physical and digital market meeting tools, merchandising and receipt flow by month, inventory, pricing and competitive analyses
  • Supporting order placement and management and working closely with the Demand Planning/Operations team on all follow up

We seek people with these qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in retail, fashion, branding, international, consumer goods or services, or other related areas (Footwear experience a plus)
  • High proficiency in Excel and all Microsoft programs
  • Deep product and consumer knowledge, ability to understand what is/will sell and why
  • Fluency in Spanish or Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, and other languages a plus
  • Financial acumen with a solid understanding of fashion and retail economics
