RESPONSIBILITIES

Designs and plans research projects (protocol) in cooperation with research partners and takes care of project budgets Supports research partners during trial conductAnalyzes and interprets generated data in cooperation with research partnersIs responsible for reporting (final report) of the trial as well as for publication Presents findings in front of colleagues, customers and scientific communityPuts findings into the context of Evonik Animal Nutrition business and supports product development and sales activities

REQUIREMENTS

PhD degree in monogastric farm animal nutrition, physiology and / or immunology Experiences with application of probiotics and related gut health products as alternative to antibiotics Experiences on interactions of nutritional feed additives and feeding concepts with health and physiology Experiences with modern and state of the art scientific methods Enjoys working in an international team of animal researchers while also working autonomously on research projects Has writing skills including scientific writing as well as writing for marketing materials and trade magazines Likes to communicate and interact in an international team and business environment Presenting on scientific conferences Presenting in customer events Training of colleagues
