Job Description:

Supports the IT Infrastructure qualification process. Performs qualification of infrastructure applications and components (Servers, Databases, etc.). Supports Infrastructure-related projects. Performs and documents periodic review of Infrastructure applications. Manage and maintain the ITQM Infrastructure SharePoint site as it relates to application qualifications. Provide support in the monitoring and completion of infrastructure related changes. Provides guidance to stakeholders on the Qualification process.

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform Qualification activities as it relates to infrastructure applications and hardware in a timely manner. 
  • Ensure stakeholders are aware and follow our processes for qualification.
  • Review and approve change tickets for infrastructure applications and hardware in a timely manner. 
  • Review and approve test scripts as it relates to infrastructure qualification.
  • Manage the Periodic Review process for infrastructure applications to ensure timely completion. 
  • Manage and monitor the ITQM Infrastructure change queue for infrastructure components and applications to ensure changes related to infrastructure are completed in a timely manner.
  • Manage the assignments of infrastructure application qualifications to ensure proper workload balance within the team.
  • Maintain the qualification list on the teams SharePoint site.
  • Complete assigned CAPAs as they relate to infrastructure investigations in a timely manner.

 Skills & Requirements: 

  • 6+ years’ experience to include IT Quality, Service Management, and/or relevant experiences 
  • Strong knowledge and experience with ITIL, GAMP, Electronic Records/Electronic Signature regulations, and related health authority regulations and guidelines is essential for this position 
  • Experience with the following systems (SharePoint, ServiceNow, Qumas, HP Application Lifecycle Management)
  • Candidate must be flexible to support infrastructure projects 
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver CAPA resolutions in a timely manner 
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, architecture of computer systems including cloud as well as networks, operating systems, databases and software tools 
  • Technically conversant in concepts and techniques related to servers, databases & storage devices 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate directly at various organizational levels 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to write superior documentation and deliver clear and articulate presentations
