Use high quality insighting to answer Oral Care business questions (40% of role):

• Plan, execute and communicate insights studies for oral care 
• Be advocates for insights identified and ensure brand teams activate against identified insights 
• Partner with innovation team for early development and horizon 1 innovation
• Partner with IBE/ Communication teams to drive excellence in storytelling, creative development as well as testing and measurement in a digital environment

Drive efficiency in delivering oral care category insights (30% of role):

• Drive optimal levels of research studies through prioritizing and using previous studies. 
• Work efficiently by using offshore team effectively, driving democratization of insights and agile tools  
• Identify right methodologies, build research tool kit for ongoing usage
• Elevate knowledge management and build meta learning on oral care insights 

Be part of Sprint Teams (30% of role)

• Be an integral part of 3-4 sprint teams in a year
• Lead insighting for the sprint teams
• Bring in external trends and learning to inspire the agile teams
• Contribute beyond insights to the development of creative solutions /problem solving 

Requirements: 

Required: 

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 8 years of insights / research experience 
• Strong foundational knowledge of research tools and techniques (Qualitative and Quantitative tools: Product Test, Pack test, Shelf test, Simulated Test Markets, Test Market Monitors)
• CPG experience 
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to manage through ambiguity
• Ability to challenge the status quo
• Experience of working with senior stakeholders (Directors, GMs) directly
• Entrepreneurial / Business-acumen
• Ability to negotiate and influence

Preferred: 

• Masters degree preferred 
• Prior health & beauty categories experience 
• Understanding of common Analytics methodologies and tools
