Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Mobitel Information Security Strategy and Roadmap with the consultation of relevant stakeholders to consistently align with organizational corporate objectives.
• Manage and improve company’s Information Security Management System, Information Security Controls, Policies and Procedures.
• Manage Company Security Operations Center with the objective of containment and remediation of security incidents and further implement identified compensating controls related to security findings.
• Guide and involve in ongoing risk assessment related to information security and privacy matters in close coordination with Risk Management and Audit teams.
• Conduct periodic risk reviews, vulnerability assessments and coordination of remediation actions on company’s critical information processing elements.
• Conduct education and training programs on information security and privacy matters for employees and other authorized users to ensure maximum awareness on information security risks.

Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a B.Sc. Degree in Information Technology / Engineering discipline from a recognized university or institute.
• Professional certification in Information Security (CISSP, CISA, CISM etc.).
• Post Graduate degree (MBA/MSc) qualification would be an added advantage.
• Should possess minimum 5 years’ experience in information security domain in an organization of technology intensive industry such as telecom, IT, systems development etc., with minimum 2 years of managerial experience.
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
