Job summary
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of smart QAEs in defining test strategy, test plan, test automation and testing . You will also work closely with multiple partner teams for the same.
A successful candidate will have an established background in developing customer-facing experiences, a strong technical ability, excellent project management skills, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for helping to hire the team build new systems and onboard new use cases by evolving the platform to make it scalable and extensible.
· 3+ years of experience managing Quality Assurance Teams
· Experience managing manual testers
· Experience managing automation testers
· Bachelor's Degree
8+ years of overall experience in testing
Experience managing manual testers

Bachelor's Degree
Experience in testing web technologies and back-end services.
Understanding of Java and web development technologies.
