WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a Manager, Human Resources for our Beloit, Kansas manufacturing facility.  This key position will be an advocate for our culture and values and partner with the business leaders to build an organization that ensures excellence in environmental, health and safety, recruiting, employee relations and engagement, compensation, benefits, and training.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage and facilitate all aspects of the human resources and environmental, health and safety (EHS) function.
  • Coordinate recruitment, staffing and onboarding of temporary, hourly, non-exempt and exempt level positions.
  • Guide all performance management and engagement processes. 
  • Serve as the site subject matter expert for human resources, EHS, employee relations, compensation and benefits. 
  • Create and ensure compliance to site human resources policies in alignment with all established state and federal laws, regulations, and corporate policies.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of Human Resource experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse or similar environment.
  • 2 + years of safety or full EHS experience.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite of programs.

 

A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience with HRIS Systems
