Job Description
Reporting to the Sr Director Human Resources you will provide full cycle HR support to the Research & Development (R&D) business function. You will closely partner with business leaders to build an engaging and inclusive employee experience that maximizes talent effectiveness to drive organizational success.
You Will:
- Translate business strategies into HR strategies and initiatives which drive culture, organizational effectiveness and capability building.
- Provide day-to-day strategic HR partnership and consultation for assigned client groups and senior functional leadership.
- Provide coaching and advise management on effective ways to administer HR programs and manage and resolve complex employee issues.
- Partner with business and HR Leadership to co-create business specific human resource strategies, aligned with the needs of each respective business.
- Partners with cross-functional HR peers, HR centers of excellence and other business support functions including but not limited to, Staffing, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance and Legal on various business needs.
- Partner with the Center of Excellence, as appropriate, to develop and deliver effective strategies/programs regarding employee engagement, talent acquisition, organizational design, talent management, training, compensation & benefits, labor relations, change management and diversity & inclusion.
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience
- Demonstrated experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational development
- Demonstrated experience managing projects and problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, change in a dynamic business environment as well as conflict management and mediation skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong consulting relationships and influence business leaders through coaching and partnership
