What You’ll Do:
Collaborate
Partner with analysts and customers to gain an understanding of functional requirements and business processes.
Proactively influence design reviews by sharing subject matter expertise and highlighting risks.
Identify and prioritize high value test cases.
Provide estimated work effort for testing.
Lead
Supervise QA resources on the HCM Share Services team.
Manage the QA Phase for multiple concurrent work efforts.
Drive results with minimal supervision and mentor less experienced QA analysts.
Take the lead on difficult defect detection, problem solving, and troubleshooting.
Address escalated technical defects identified by less experienced team members.
Execute
Lead the development and execution of test strategies, test plans, and test scripts.
Drive success during testing by facilitating frequent cross-functional standups to review, prioritize, and assign defects.
Execute test cases that may include unit, functional, system, stress/load, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing.
Provide accurate metrics and status on testing progress.
Certify readiness for User Acceptance Testing.

Strategize and Grow
Continuously gather feedback on the QA process and refine our approach to deliver quality solutions and delight our customers.
Apply advanced knowledge of testing principles, methodologies, and techniques to test and ensure software / platform quality.
Exhibit a growth mindset while learning innovative technologies and techniques.
Formalize test procedures
Create efficiencies with both manual and automated testing capabilities.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
7+ years of Software Testing/QA experience
Good knowledge of generally accepted Quality Assurance methodologies
Experience in developing test scripts and test automation
Experience testing applications and integrations in the following functional areas:
HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Learning, Compensation
Ability to lead and partner with offshore testing team
Solid group facilitation and communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Understanding of both Software Development Life Cycle and DevOps best practices such as Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration/Delivery for distributed services
Proven documentation and presentation skills
Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment
Ability to adjust to rapid changes in deadlines and priorities
Ability to manage multiple high priority projects
Quickly understand new information and how it connects to a larger picture
Openness to receiving and applying feedback
Possess a collaborative, get-it-done personality
