You will report to the Sr. Director of Consumer Insights and serve as the lead for Foodservice Insights, helping the Demand Science (Insights & Analytics) team influence decisions with rigorous insights that achieve results. You will support projects driving multiple investigative research activities to establish our brands' growth opportunities with regard to brand renovation, expansion, new products, shopper/channels and marketing strategy. You will uncover compelling consumer, category, shopper and brand insights; ensuring insights are used in growth strategies, new products, and marketing/activation plans.
What You'll Do:
Establish yourself as a strategic partner with Brand, R&D, Sales and the category marketing team.
Translate insights into top and bottom line growth.
Promote an agile, analytically-driven approach to identifying business opportunities for growth; develop learning plans, analyze and communicate learning related to Conagra Brands' present and future position in the marketplace.
Advise on essential strategic issue development to be addressed in annual operating and strategic business plan, serving as consumer & shopper partner.
Lead synthesis and communication of market, retailer and consumer trends; ensure relevant trends are acted upon in brand product and marketing strategies.
Identify and develop new/renovated products to support our growth.
Lead the sourcing and interpretation of marketplace and consumer learning to develop marketing strategy and refine activation for prioritized brands.
Drive application of a comprehensive range of insights/data methodologies and suppliers, continuous improvement in techniques and cost.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience producing high quality, well-regarded insights & analytics work in the consumer packaged goods industry.
Bachelor's degree.
Food Service industry experience.
Experience delivering actionable recommendations, influencing decisions, and affecting results
Experience turning insights into actions with brands, operators, marketing and R&D
Experience utilizing multiple Foodservice insights tools (Datassential, Technomic, NPD Crest and NPD Supply Track)
Experience explaining difficult concepts and insights in simple, applicable business terms
