Core Responsibilities

• Creating the next generation of the LEGO stories and entertainment experiences through animation and fresh narrative

• Proven track record leading end to end Creative&Production process from ideas and concepts generations, writing scripts, pitching, gaining approvals to development and post-production for Assigned Entertainment Development

• Highly developed ability to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the best creative brief

• Constantly curious and on the lookout for original ideas for stories, driving

• Innovation agenda, developing the vision and bringing demonstratable thought leadership in Entertainment Development

• Proven successful track record in animated Family Entertainment

• Highly motivated, curious, forward looking creative who has an ambition vision but meticulous on the detail level

• Engaging storyteller who creates the compelling vision with deep experience in animated storytelling

Do you have what it takes?

• Experience developing kids/family entertainment.

• Specific experience and deep understanding of animation development/production: principles, mechanics and its creative possibilities in both 2D and 3D, required.

• Arts knowledge: have a passion for, and deep knowledge of, animation, appreciate all genres of art so as to be able to draw ideas from a range of sources

• Bachelors degree in Animation, Television and Film or related curriculum.

• 5+ years work experience as a creative storyteller, Animation Producer, Senior Animation Producer

• Experience working with writer/directors/studios

• Experience working for/with a major platform or studio a plus

• Experience working on Kids/girls animated content required

• Ability to build and deliver effective presentations to all levels in organization and external stakeholders

• Ability to use video and photo editing software

• Functional knowledge of Autodesk software

• Ability and experience working effectively in the diverse, global and matrixed teams
