Job Description:

Fidelity is seeking a “Manager, Data Analytics and Insights” with data modeling and ETL Process experience for Fidelity's Center for Applied Technology (FCAT). This position can be based in Boston MA, Smithfield RI, or Remote.

The Role

In this role, the Manager of Data Analytics and Insights will play a key part in supporting the strategy and development of project in-take/outcome scorecards, automation and collecting metrics for management reporting.  This work will require transforming data sources into business intelligence and actionable results.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in the data management space, with the intellectual curiosity to explore new ideas, and who has a positive outlook towards problem solving.  

Education and Experience

• Four-year degree (degrees in business, finance, data analytics, computer science) or a mix of education and equivalent experience

• Demonstrated experience with ETL Process

• Ability to maintain KPI’s and key objectives

• Experience using CRM tools to collect and maintain data

• Track record seeking ways to automate and reduce redundancies

• Detail oriented

• Strong communication skills; ability to lead and host meetings

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• PowerBI modeling; Clear examples as a designer and content creator. 

• Proven experience at ETL process.  (Extract, Transform, Load). 

• Ability to organize large data sets to transform into business intelligence results. 

• Advanced charting skills in PowerPoint

• Advanced Excel and SQL skills

• Maintain data integrity by reconciliations

• Concise communication skills

• Development portfolio tracking experience

• Additional tools:  Tableau, DOMO, Alteryx

• Financial services experience (Banks, Broker/Dealers, FinTech, Investment Management).
