Role Outline/Job Summary:

Key responsibilities of the role would be to manage interactions and co-ordination with Credit Initiation and Collection teams across APAC for regional credit operations work and work with in-Country Credit Initiation teams on strategic initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage MIS & Reporting for Regional Credit initiation team- This includes all monthly dash boards, Decks for Monthly operating reviews with Regional and Global consumer ops heads and quarterly reviews with other key regional and global stake holders
• Manage MIS & Reporting for Regional Collections Team- This includes all monthly dash boards, Decks for Monthly operating reviews with Regional and Global consumer ops heads, Regional Risk teams and quarterly reviews with other key regional and global stake holders
• Work with Work Force Management team for rolling out standard MIS through consolidation of all metrics from regional KPI dashboards/ WFM MIS and country reporting
• Ensure RPA Documentation adherence. Monitor all approval requirements are properly documented for each use case as per RPA book of work
• Coordinate for any Ad-hoc data request by stake holders in the region.
• Track metrics of Accuracy & TAT in projects being driven by regional CI and collection teams
• Explore opportunity to enhance MIS & dashboard reporting.

Education:

• B.Tech/ Graduate

Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years’ work experience
• Proficient knowledge in MS Excel and Power point
• Ability to assess data from multiple sources and provide relevant reports
