Job Description
This position is responsible for Medicaid enrollment staff and processes for implementations of new business, expansions of existing business, inbound and outbound file exchanges with states, CMS and vendors, as well overseeing system fixes and enhances for a centralized team. This team consists of project managers and agile product owners that work directly with customers, operational staff and information technology teams.
