Amazon Logistics is looking for a customer focused, analytically and technically skilled Sr Program Manager to join our team and support the Business Intelligence, Product and Tech team in scaling our program and solutions worldwide. This person will be responsible for identifying customer problems using data analysis and visualization tools and work with the product and tech team to develop tools and processes’ to support our growing Amazon Logistics business.
This individual will work with technical and business teams to optimize planning, execution, process improvement and track progress against goals. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities as well as outstanding business acumen and comfort with technical teams and systems. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and enjoying working with large scale of data.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the end-to-end program management of the deployment, implementation and launch of the planning products and processes that impact some of Amazon's most innovative logistics initiatives.

Key responsibilities but not limited to would be:
· Understand deeply demand and capacity planning processes and work with technical and WW planning teams to build a standardized worldwide process guideline.
· Work with the senior product and engineering leader to design, scope and prioritize the analytic solutions and product roadmap.
· Support the development team as the "voice of the customer" in the development cycle and get nod from business stakeholders.
· Identify opportunities to converge overlapping technical efforts, and drive the long-term strategy and change management process.
· Refine and maintain a healthy backlog and product roadmap
· Own the communication of the product roadmap giving timely updates to stakeholders.
· Manage numerous complex systems and organizations, make appropriate trade-offs between business vs. technical constraints to unblock development and roll-out of product.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 8+ years of professional work experience in a role requiring application of analytical skills to utilize data for driving business decisions and solving problems.
· MS in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain or related field.
· Knowledge of SQL/ Experience in handling database queries.
· Good English written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA in General Management, Operations, Strategy, Supply Chain and Logistics
- Recent experience implementing basic software solutions to automate data source, visualization and/or data modeling application.
- Experience as process deployment program manager
- Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes
-Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record of cultivating strong working relationships and driving collaboration across multiple technical and operations teams
- Constantly striving for simplicity, and at the same time demonstrate significant creativity, innovation and judgment.
- Demonstrable problem-solving, mathematic and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills when confronted with difficult situations exhibiting ability to keep the team focused and motivated
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Programming knowledge in Python, Java, C++ or other language
